I was constipated this morning. Again.
Fortunately, my Nanny (see below) is a very nice young lady.

Darla is beautiful, too.
She bent me at the waist, clamped my head between her legs, and reached across to insert a Sissy Suppository. Followed by a tight Anal Bung.
The cramps were awful. As usual.
But when Darla removed the Bung, I pooped plenteously.
