I attend the California Madchenmacher Academy. "Madchenmacher" is German for Girl Maker, but in this case it refers to Sissy Maker.

 This is me in the morning, waiting for Nanny. Along with my three room mates.

 We're taken to our bathroom, which is designed and equipped for four Sissies.

 She first sits me on the toilet to poop. I do, plenteously.
