 I led them outside. 

 Had them strip, bend forward, spread ample buttocks wide. Exposing brownish wrinkled anuses.

 Freshly-peeled ginger root bulbs were inserted into each. Rather large ones.

 I placed the Ladies supine on chaise lounges, legs apart.

 Tight leather cords around thumbs and big toes.

 I had a special ointment for their plump bald pudenda. 

 The red goo stings and itches fiercely for several hours, but harmlessly.

 As I write, the Ladies are screaming. Good.
